With Karlovčec Drašler Trio Slovenian jazz finally got a complete picture through a carefully built, richly pronounced, improvisationaly sparkling and energetically saturated expression of free jazz. The music of the trio reflects on resonances of recent years in Slovenia, which created a strong scene through active creative artists and spaces, dispersed between personal expression and collective music making. Their music is based on the tradition of free jazz played throught the experience of free improvised music. This collection of live takes presents them in their strongest environment- on various stages, weather small club ones or on big festivals. They can own them all. Members of the trio have played together or independently with Sabir Mateen, Tomaž Grom, Linda Sharrock, Mario Rechtern, Okkyung Lee, Zlatko Kaučič, Aleksandar Škorić, John Dikeman and many others. Listen to the strongest free jazz combo in Slovenia EVER!
